This year Redmond Gary Australia completed the Injury Prevention and Management (IPaM) Program after working in conjunction with Workplace Health and Safety Queensland for the past two and a half years to improve our safety and injury management systems. 

 The program has helped us:

·        Improved WHS systems and processes

·        Improved rehabilitation and return to work systems and processes

·        Reduced workplace injuries

·        Increased worker participation and accountability in WH&S
