Southeast QLD and Northern NSW have been affected by Tropical Cyclone Alfred resulting in the closure of Redmond Gary Australia from Thursday 06 March to Tuesday 11 March 2025. This is the first cyclone to come close to Brisbane for more than 50 years and the first time RGA has had to close for a weather event.

Due to local flooding and power outages, many of our staff will not be able to return to work until the end of the week (14 March 2025).

RGA would like to thank all the Energy Queensland and Essential Energy staff for their great effort getting the power back on when conditions were very difficult.
