The Redmond Gary Australia Social Club went hot air ballooning early Saturday morning. Meeting at the Star Casino Gold Coast at about 3am, they then travelled about an hour and a half to the far side of Beaudesert.

The balloons lifted of just before sunrise.

What an unforgettable morning!!

The flight time was around 45 minutes, with the balloons rising to a height of around 6000ft, giving a spectacular view of the Hinterland and East to the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

After touching back down, the group returned to the Star Casino Gold Coast for a champagne breakfast. Everyone had a great time and would like to thank the organisers of the Redmond Gary Social Club for arranging this event.
