Spare Parts
Spare parts are stocked for most Redmond Gary units. Information you will need to provide before the right part can be supplied:
• Equipment Model Number
• Redmond Gary Australia Serial Number
• For trailer-mounted equipment - Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
In addition to providing a full range of new spare parts, we also provide exchange service for hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic slew couplings.
Exchange service is offered for all EWP, MEWP cylinders and lift and extension cylinders for PoleERU.
We also offer exchange service for hydraulic slew couplings for EWP, MEWPs:
• 4 Gallery slew coupling for EWP, MEWPs
• 8 Gallery slew coupling for EWP, MEWPs
• 4 Gallery slew coupling for PoleERU
MANUALS
Service and operation manuals for all Redmond Gary equipment can be purchased through our spare parts department. We will require the following information in order to provide you with the correct manual:
- Model Number
- Redmond Gary Australia Serial No.
