EWP UPGRADES

Some upgrades include:

  • Increasing basket size
  • Change Fixed Basket to Rotating Baskets

  • Upgrade Low Voltage machine to Live Line unit
  • Transfer from 4x2 to 4x4 cab chassis
  • Improve weights over the steering axle

REPORTS & DOCUMENTATION

WE WILL SUPPLY:

  • A fully-documented service in accordance with AS2550 - the 270-point checklist ensures nothing is overlooked
  • A Recommended Action List
  • A Summary Report including photos where necessary
  • All documentation by close of business on the day the unit is returned

WORKSHOP CAPABILITIES

  • Large overhead Gantry Crane with 10-metres under hook and capable of lifting 13 tonnes
  • Engineering Office on-site
  • Service floor space area in excess of 450sq.metres all under cover

SERVICE VAN

SAFETY:

  • the responsibility to ensure operator safety is paramount. Service by the manufacturer ensures maintenance is carried out to the highest of safety standards.
  • The van staff are highly-trained in all facets of RGA manufactured products and have the advantage of unlimited backup from in-house experts and diagnostic equipment.

ECONOMY:

  • Preventative maintenance means overall repair costs are lower
  • Downtime is minimised to the max – no time wasted bringing machines to or from workshops
  • Our van personnel are not restricted to normal working hours – work can be done late in the evening or over weekends to ensure machines are back on the road as quickly as possible.
