WE WILL SUPPLY:
- A fully-documented service in accordance with AS2550 - the 270-point checklist ensures nothing is overlooked
- A Recommended Action List
- A Summary Report including photos where necessary
- All documentation by close of business on the day the unit is returned
WORKSHOP CAPABILITIES
- Large overhead Gantry Crane with 10-metres under hook and capable of lifting 13 tonnes
- Engineering Office on-site
- Service floor space area in excess of 450sq.metres all under cover
SERVICE VAN
SAFETY:
- the responsibility to ensure operator safety is paramount. Service by the manufacturer ensures maintenance is carried out to the highest of safety standards.
- The van staff are highly-trained in all facets of RGA manufactured products and have the advantage of unlimited backup from in-house experts and diagnostic equipment.
ECONOMY:
- Preventative maintenance means overall repair costs are lower
- Downtime is minimised to the max – no time wasted bringing machines to or from workshops
- Our van personnel are not restricted to normal working hours – work can be done late in the evening or over weekends to ensure machines are back on the road as quickly as possible.
