The trailer mounted 20kN recovery winch and the fibre optic winch trailers will be used on the regional rail link, City – Maribyrnong River.
The machines will be used for hauling electrical cables mainly. Rarely used for communication cables. This Victorian major project includes alliance partners, Abigroup, Coleman Rail and AECOM & GHD. After John Holland Group received the first two fibre optic trailers, they were so impressed that they have now placed orders for additional units.
