Kerry McSweeney has worked at Redmond Gary Australia for 44 years and it is the only job he has had. Kerry went to high school with Gary Danks (RGA Director). Redmond Gary Australia was a major supplier of OEM truck parts supplying Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, DAF Trucks and Western Star Trucks.

Kerry started work as a punch press operator/setter, however, these machines were eventually phased out of the workshop due to the Workplace Health & Safety requirements at the time.

When RGA started making its own products, Kerry worked in Fabrication and operated CNC Controlled Press Brakes and although he was not a tradesman, Kerry was our best operator.

In later years Kerry worked as a storeman receiving inward goods and picking parts for the manufacture of our products. Kerry has been an excellent employee and friend. Everyone that knows Kerry has nothing but praise for him and wishes him all the best for the future.

Redmond Gary Australia hosted a luncheon at the Café Catalina on the Broadwater for Kerry and 20 other long-term staff.
