Congratulations to Neil Potgieter our Production Manager on 15 years of service with Redmond Gary Australia.

Neil was first employed as a fitter & tuner in the cable handling department of the workshop. He soon advanced to leading hand, then to Forman of the machine shop.

After Redmond Gary Australia sent Neil back to school to complete a Diploma in Management and Leadership, he was promoted to Production Manager.

Neil does a great job and is a great leader who is well-respected by all staff and management. Neil is highly motivated and is an asset to Redmond Gary Australia.
